Delivery Timeline

• Karachi: 1–2 business days
• Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi & major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities & remote areas: 4–7 business days

Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day (Monday–Saturday). Orders after 2 PM or on Sunday/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000
• Flat PKR 200 shipping for orders below PKR 5,000

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available across Pakistan with a small COD handling fee of PKR 100–150 (automatically added at checkout).
Pay safely only when you receive and inspect your watch.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll instantly receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your package in real-time.

Packaging

Every watch is packed in premium protective boxing with bubble wrap and sealed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Important Notes

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier partners or public holidays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed over to the courier.
