30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at valuresports.store@gmail.com to request a return.   If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong watch so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized watches

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the watch you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired watch.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same conditions apply (unworn, unused, original packaging, and proof of purchase required).

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.   Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
